OLD MT LEMMON RD | 2026

Length: 17 miles connecting Oracle to Marshall Gulch

Difficulty: moderate



Old Mt. Lemmon Road is a primitive trail leading from the base of the mountain, into Marshall Gulch (8,000ft). Not for amateurs, we found that recent road conditions would be better suited for fairly experienced overlanders and softroaders. SXS encounters are common, while vehicles with less than 8" of clearance are advised to avoid. We completed the route in a 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport. Unfortunately, this is not a route advised for dogs that do not enjoy car ride!
